Our mom is a sleepy face in the mornings. Before they got us she’d sleep until all hours. What a waste of time. We put a stop to that! Dad is a little higher drive like me. He likes to get up and start the day. Dad and I thought it would be nice to treat Mom to something special so we got in the car while she was still in bed.
Bagels and coffee should do the trick for her. I prefer just some nice fresh air.
I kept an eye on the food and coffee to make sure nothing happened on the way back to the house. You don’t want to see Mom without some coffee. YIPPOS!
To catch up on some other news - Mom and Dad have been leaving us out of our crates while they are at work. We’ve been good for a while but got a bit tired of being left alone. Daphne and I decided to take a stand and show that this alone business was unacceptable! We want our parents around to play and run and have fun! So first we chewed up a shoe. They still didn’t get the hint! Sheesh. So friggin’ dense these humans. Next we tore down the gate to the upstairs and took a big poop right in the extra bedroom. They came home and thought we just doggy farted. But when it didn’t go away they went searching and found our show of affection. They weren’t as appreciative as we’d hoped and now we are in our crates during the day - and they still go to work. So selfish!
I got to go to the lake for the first time ever last weekend. It was officially the most fun I’ve ever had! I jumped right in unlike my wussy face brother! He wouldn’t go in past his chest. I swam and swam and even played fetch (using the term fairly loosely). I can’t wait to go back!
Pruett does everything to the extreme. Super fast. Super loud. Super stinky. Super high drive. You name it. He does it fast. This includes eating his dinner. Check out the video for a way we are trying to get Pruett to slow his roll - at least in the dinner department.

We tried a new sport today. DOGBLADING! It is like water skiing. But there aren’t skis and no water. And instead of a boat the ‘rents have us. 8 pawpowers strong. Pure, beastly, raw unleashed (well technically leashed) power.
Here we are - all harnessed up and ready to go. Start your engines!
