My Dad Showing Through
So today is Mother’s Day and we want to say HI and WE LOVE YOU to all the mom’s and grandma’s in our lives and yours!
But as promised…I have to show you what I’ve inherited from my Dad, as last post I showed you what traits I’ve got from my mother.
Here is a picture of my Dad (he’s Daphne’s Dad too!). His name is Doc. He lives at Patchwork Shepherds where Daphne and I were born.
Remember when I showed you THIS a while back.
Well look what I’ve got going on now. At first just thought maybe I had some of Daphne’s fur in mine. But oh noes. This is actually growing from my fun lovin’ head! DO YOU SEE?!

Pruett and His Mom
This is me, the High Pru-formance Machine:
Here is my Mom:
I think I inherited her tongue. BOL! You can’t see it well in my pic above but I’ve got her red ears too. Do you see???
Stay tuned to see what I’ve inherited from my Dad…

Our 200th Post!
We want to say thank you to allof our readers, new and old, who follow our adventures. We’ve got many more to come so we’ll hope you’ll keep reading.
Don’t forget to vote in the contest. Only 8 days left!
Also, check our Cooper’s blog for pics of our brother Argus. He makes Daphne look like a minishep!
We Almost Melted
Florida was a blast but DOG OH DOG - IT SURE IS HOT! HOT! HOT! They said this wasn’t even summer yet. It felt like summer to us. I think we might melt here if it gets close to that hot. Oh noes!

Thats better! The air in Florida sure did smell different. Maybe all the smells get caught in the water in the air. You can hardly breath in this humidity.

On this car ride we were driving out toward the beach. We didnt go all the way because the people in Florida dont let us pups on their precious beaches. But we got to see some cool wildlife.

Check it out. An alligator! Do you see? We wanted to get out and play. Mom and Dad didnt think it was a good idea though. They are NO FUN!

A BIRD! This one we really wanted to make friends with. AGAIN the BORING grown ups said no. LIVE A LITTLE!

And check out this furry dude! Supposedly there were going to be a MILLION of these at Grandmas. But we got there and nada. We saw this devil at the gas station. Grandma said we scared them all away. She is hoping that she can get cutouts made of us and stick them in the yard. She says squirrels and gardens dont mix. After the running around we did in her backyard I have a feeling she thinks GSDs and gardens don't mix.
Now a quick Easter report in from Daphne…
As as side note: We totally sucked at finding the easter eggs.
Don’t forget - you only have a few more hours to enter the contest. We’ll open the polls and put up some button code on Thursday, April 16.
Headed to the Track in Style
We are headed to Carolina Motorsports Parkway in South Carolina this weekend for a race called Lemons. Sound silly to us to be racing fruit. They keep saying the cars are the lemons but they just look like cars to us. Maybe it is the people driving them that are the fruits. BOL!

Mom made all the dogs and people some team spirit accessories for the weekend to cheer on our Dad and his team.

Bandannas for us pups. There are five pups in total. Should be fun seeing us all in our gear! Dont worry - there will be lots of pictures! I will say the camo isn't my first pick. And Puff Paint is so 80s. But Mom was so excited. We had to act that way too.

Here is Pruett modeling his new bandanna. His neck was bigger than we thought and we were worried it wouldnt fit. But it did. He gets to be as embarrassed as the rest of us this weekend wearing these things.

I jumped on the counter to check out the bandannas and see if I could help. My kindness wasnt quite captured on film. Pruett, picking his nose, however was.
1. Don’t forget about our awesome contest. Entries will be accepted through April 15. We’ve had a lot of awesome pics sumbitted so far. Go check them out and their blogs as well!
